DELIVERY & RETURNS
Here at Secret Shirt Co we pride ourselves on order fulfilment and orders made before 2PM GMT on a week day will be shipped the same day.

UK DELIVERY - 2-3 WORKING DAYS (FULLY TRACKED)
EUROPE & ROW - 7-21 WORKING DAYS (FULLY TRACKED)
Your order will be transported by DHL Express from the Secret Shirt Co HQ to Deutsche Post’s International Mail Centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Here it will be processed into Germany’s postal network and sent to the destination country where it will be delivered by your national postal service provider.
Your tracking number (ending in DE) will start to show updates only when it has been scanned in Frankfurt. Please allow 72 hours for this to occur. For example - DHL Express > EU customs > Deutsche Post > La Poste.
*Please note that customers in the EU will be required to pay a customs charge relevant to the country they are from upon arrival of the goods.
As the purpose of Secret Shirt Co is to send our customers a shirt at random, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.
That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, so in EXTREME cases, such as if you have received a damaged item or the size is a lot different to how you expected it, we can offer an exchange.
Please note; if you are wanting to exchange your shirt for a different size we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible.
If your reason for exchange is that would you just prefer a different team's shirt we can only exchange this for you ONCE, anything more will not be accepted.
You MUST return the shirt in the condition your received it in. We DO NOT accept any items without tags.
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING YOUR PRODUCT, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNS FEE. EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US MUST BE TRACKED.
Also, you MUST print out and complete the below form when you return the shirt to us. If you do not attach this form when you return your shirt this makes it extremely difficult for us to locate your order and we can’t guarantee that you will receive a replacement.
If you are unable to print out the above form, it is ok to clearly write the information we require on a separate sheet of paper and include this with the shirt instead.
